Dear Guest!

We would like to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Therefore you should be informed which services we render, what we are responsible for, and which responsibilities you have towards us. Please review these general hotel policies, which regulate the contractual relationship between the parties and which you accept by booking a room at Riad Saba hotel. As they may vary per room type, please also check the reservation confirmation.

1. In the unlikely event of a situation whereby Riad Saba cannot provide accommodation as previously confirmed, for whatever reason, we will use our best efforts to provide you with alternative accommodation within an Saba managed building, of equal or better grading. Should there not be the availability of alternative accommodation of equal or better grading in the vicinity of the original booking, it may be required to provide you with accommodation of a lesser grading. If this is the case, any reduction in costs will be refunded to you.
2. The alternatives offered are at Saba’s discretion.

  • Taxes and service charges: 10 % VAT is included.
  •  EUR 3.00 city tax per person per night is excluded.
  • Service charge is at guest discretion at the end of the stay.
  • Payment: Visa, Visa debit, Maestro, Electron and MasterCard plus 3.25% charge, also bank transfer at 20 EUR extra and cash 0%.

If cancelled or modified up to 14 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

EXCEPT: From 20th December until 6th January, 1st of October to the 31st of November and from the 1st of March to the 30th of May total price of the reservation will be charged.

  • Payment: Visa, Visa debit, Maestro, Electron and MasterCard plus 3.25% charge, also bank transfer at 20 EUR extra and cash 0%.
  • The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize credit cards prior to arrival. Pre-authorisation is not a charge it is a temporary hold. When you make a reservation, there may be instances that the hotel will pre-authorise your credit card. This means hotel will check if your credit card is a valid credit card and if the card has enough money to cover at least the first night of your reservation. The hotel, however, will not proceed with the charge- it is a temporary hold. The length of the hold will vary, and your credit card company can advise how they handle this. By providing your credit card you expressly authorize us to pre-authorize your credit card as stated above.

Third Party Booking: A signed authorization letter along with the ID copy of the credit card holder and a copy of the credit card (both sides copied) are required if you use or provide any other credit card details than your own. The letter must indicate that you give rights to the hotel to charge the credit card. We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations where it appears that a customer has engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity or under other circumstances where it appears that the reservations contain or resulted from a mistake or error.

All children are welcome.

  • All children aged 2 years old or under stay for free when using existing beds.
  • There is no capacity for extra beds in the standard double room or triple room.
  • Extra Bed costs 30 Euro (only available for premium rooms).
  • No room can host more than 3 adult persons.
